Experienced Payroll Specialist Wanted

FOSS Auto Group seeks an accomplished Payroll Specialist to oversee comprehensive payroll processes within the automotive sector. Bring your detail-oriented skills to ensure utmost accuracy and compliance.
This position involves managing end-to-end payroll for all employees, including bi-weekly and monthly processing. You will be responsible for adhering to Ontario’s Employment Standards Act and federal laws, alongside addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll information. A strong background with Reynolds & Reynolds and ADP is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all payroll, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Ensure compliance with ESA and other payroll regulations
• Maintain and prepare payroll records and reports
• Handle employee inquiries with timely information
• Utilize payroll systems to manage data accurately
