Experienced Payroll Manager Role

Join Forward Financing in Boston as an experienced Payroll Manager, leading payroll efforts for both U.S. and Canadian teams. This role emphasizes compliance and efficiency in payroll processing.
In this dynamic position, you will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting and oversee critical payroll functions. You will execute payroll processing, maintain thorough records, and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. Partnering with the People Team, you will also manage onboarding and benefits deductions to provide a seamless payroll experience.
