We are interested in an experienced Millwright Supervisor who brings at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. You will work closely with the Field Services Manager, coordinating daily activities and executing high-stakes projects. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting various systems and mentoring junior staff, enhancing overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site machine repairs and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate manpower, material, and equipment for projects
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and safety standards
• Interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Assist with shutdown planning and reporting
Requirements:
• Must have Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright certification
