- Compliance&Safety: EnsureallassetscomplywithLOLER,BSEN81,responsiblepersonformechanicalandelectricalsafety.
- ContractManagement: Manageandmonitorexternalliftandelectricalcontractors.EnsureKPIsaremet,conductregularsiteaudits,andreviewinsuranceandengineeringinspectionreports.
- Budget&ProjectOversight: Forecastandcontrolbudgetsforday-to-dayrepairs,routineservicing,andmajorcapitalmodernizationprojects.
- Breakdown&IncidentResponse: Coordinateresponseteamsforliftentrapmentsandelectricalemergencies.
