Position Summary

• Operate company vehicles and perform efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
• Work as a courier on a floating capacity, not on a regular assigned route.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills (Best Practices methods).
