Job Description

The Experienced Clinical Nurse at MD Anderson Cancer Center manages patient outcomes by providing, coordinating and supporting clinical aspects of direct patient care across the continuum of care. They impact quality of patient care, patient outcomes and use of resources in a designated area in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, an RN license and at least twelve months of recent RN experience in medical/surgical or an acute care setting. The candidate must be available to work the Day/Evening shift (7am - 7pm), or the Evening/Night shift (7pm-7am) with rotating weekends and holidays required.
The G19 Leukemia/Lymphoma unit is a 48-bed unit within the hematology cohort.
