Bakers Delight Wetherill Park is seeking an experienced and reliable Baker to join our bakery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing fresh, high-quality bread and bakery products in a busy retail bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items
- Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and bakery standards.
- Operate ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain consistency in product quality, freshness and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
