Job Description

The Expeditor is responsible for collecting verifying and organizing all shipment documentation to ensure smooth and compliant processing. The role supports the transportation and control tower teams by ensuring all documents are complete accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements before shipments move forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Request collect and verify all required documents from shippers or exporters.
• Ensure the Shippers Letter of Instruction (SLI) is complete and accurate including HS codes and routing details.
• Review and validate the documentation checklist with support teams.
• Confirm all documents are uploaded correctly and add any required notes or comments.
• Resolve missing or inaccurate documentation issues with shippers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and customs requirements.
