Job Description

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable delivery terms, and product quality
- Create, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders through the procurement system
- Monitor material pricing, freight costs, and currency exchange rates to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Procure specialized automotive materials according to technical specifications
- Prepare, verify, and process import and export documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth customs clearance and shipment execution
