Executive Strategy & Planning Lead, CEO Office

VEON-HQ is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Planning in Dubai to support the CEO and Chief of Staff. You will drive strategic alignment across the Group and ensure the quality and coherence of CEO Office content, preparing Board materials and leading executive events.

This role requires outstanding information absorption, exceptional writing skills, and 5–7 years of experience supporting senior leadership. Willingness to relocate and travel internationally is preferred.
