Conduct annual stocktakes and ensure accountability for workshop equipment and spare inventory. Implement lock-out tag-out procedures for defective equipment and manage segregation of serviceable and unserviceable spares. Maintain accurate records of equipment, including last servicing dates, repair histories, and next service schedules. Perform the indent, return, or disposal of spares in compliance with SAP processes and organizational procedures. Coordinate with workshops for repairable items and ensure timely resolutions. Conduct routine checks to ensure accountability and proper handling of spares within workshops.
