Executive reward consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Reward Consultant (Legal) to join our People and Organisation: Executive Reward & Share Schemes practice in Gauteng Johannesburg or Cape Town.

In this role, you will work as part of a high‑performing team, delivering strategic, compliant and market‑leading executive reward solutions to clients. You will play a pivotal role in advising organisations on complex remuneration structures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, governance standards and evolving market trends.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

Draft and review high‑quality legal documentation relating to long‑term incentive and share plans, including plan rules and award documentation.
