Role Purpose:
Understand the KPI’s of QA function and Customer Specific requirement (CSR), Brand specific report requirements and crafting systems at shopfloor to meet the QA function KPI’s and CSR.Deploy the Customer specific requirement, brand specific reports, brand specific inspection systems, at shop floor.Prepare Process FMEA, Product FMEA, CCP, CCP action plan along with manufacturing departments.Monitor the progress of FMEA, CCP and CCP action deployment, improvement gained.Seven fundamental Quality tools and Five Quality core tools deployment.
