Roles & Resposibilities Driving Product Adoption rate Ensuring Digital labs are 100% functional and utilized Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction Driving product training sessions Preparing and sharing product/user engagement reports and sharing with the stakeholders Ensuring all the customer complaints are closed from time to time. A weekly visit to Narayan School Branches to collect the data. Requirements Specific Required Skill Set: Strong communication skills.

A systematic approach to problem-solving. Learning attitude and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of Education technology products would be a plus.

Should be able to take ownership and drive the initiatives. Relationship Management is essential. Multiple Languages are a plus.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word). Candidate should be proficient in Tamil & English language will be preferred Work location Dilsukhnagar & Reporting to HQ - Hyderabad.
