Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the executive. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, handling communications, coordinating schedules, processing invoices, paying bills, and assisting with personal errands to help keep business and personal operations running smoothly.

Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
