Job Description
- Perform tasks based on standard operating procedures as well as ensuring the smooth and safe running of Centre
- Ensure Operational Excellence by delivering exceptional Guest Experience
- Attend to guest feedback on-ground and close service lapses
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests, while maintaining control within the Centre
- Assist in providing First Aid as needed
- Ensure Centre cleanliness and hygiene
- Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on centre-related and guest experience matters
- Assist in staff training, and staff issues
- Generate and review reports on a monthly basis, if required
- Diploma holders
- Preferably at least two years relevant experience in service/tourism industry
- Candidate with retail experience is an advantage
