What We Are Looking For
A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced
Executive Manager: Manufacturing Engineering
to lead the Engineering, Maintenance and Toolroom functions and support the delivery of globally competitive manufacturing operations.
This executive role is responsible for ensuring that product engineering, manufacturing processes and equipment reliability support efficient, cost effective and reliable production performance.
The position reports directly to the
General Manager
and forms part of the senior leadership team.

Engineering Leadership
Ensure product master data accuracy to support reliable and cost-effective manufacturing
Maintain configuration control and engineering governance within the ERP system including BOMs and routings
