Responsibilities
- Formulating policies and programmes to raise the quality, competency and professionalism of the workforce and ensure adequate supply in conjunction with the sector’s needs.
- Performing data-driven analysis on workforce trends, coupled with qualitative understanding of manpower challenges in the BE sector through regular engagement with external stakeholders.
- Conducting studies and coordinating with other departments to understand workforce needs of the industry in line with industry transformation efforts.
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders effectively to secure buy‑in and ensure smooth policy implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with and influence stakeholders.
