Executive LAQ CBM

Job Accountabilities

• Carry out intimate coordination and liaison with the village Patwaris, RIs and revenue department officials at the Distt Level
• Ensure that demarcation, measurements by the Patwaris are being carried out accurately.
• Advise on land/revenue matter and ensure correct information is obtained from the various land records.
• Assist in stacking, marking sketches in field & documentation. Assist officer in charge. of the area in execution of his duties and officiate in his absence.
• Assist in rent distribution, its accounting & coordination with Finance.
• Carry out advanced planning and implementation of all activities wrt land acquisition.
• Ensure that LAQ does not become a criticality in the progress of CBM project
• Progress LAQ work for CBM wells, Ensure all documents connected with LAQ are accurate, legally correct, completed well in time & properly maintained in safe custody
