As an Executive, Human Resources (Education Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide HR support to business units and manage stakeholder relationships
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies; handle end-to-end hiring and onboarding
• Manage employee lifecycle processes (confirmation, transfers, renewals, re-employment)
• Oversee work pass administration in line with regulations
• Support employee relations, including performance and disciplinary matters
• Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance
• Maintain HR reports, records, and ensure HRIS data accuracy
