+ Team Supervision & Communication
+ Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all sections and maintaining clear communication within the department.
+ Implementation of IHG Standards
+ Enforce the IHG Way of Clean and Clean Promise across daily routines to uphold brand cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.
+ Quality Control & Inspections
+ Conduct scheduled inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness meet or exceed guest expectations.
+ Guest Satisfaction Management
+ Respond to guest complaints and requests—especially VIPs and returning guests—ensuring timely follow-up and corrective actions to drive high satisfaction.
