Executive Headteacher

Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a highly regarded and expanding specialist education provider, seeking to appoint an experienced and strategic Executive Headteacher to lead and shape its SEN provision across multiple sites in London from September 2026 on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual who combines strong operational leadership with system-wide strategic vision and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.

The organisation delivers high-quality, specialist education for pupils across Key Stages 1–4 and further education, supporting a wide range of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
