Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contract management and resolution of legal matters related to all types of commercial contracts
- Stay abreast with latest developments of the laws, regulations and case laws related to the business and operation of the Group
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of all types of commercial contracts
- Administer the internal legal contract database for Solarvest Group
- Maintain accurate records of legal and compliance matters, and advise on reporting obligations as required by regulatory bodies or stakeholders
- Take initiatives to improve the processes of the operation of the department to increase efficiency, accuracy and productivity such as regular preparation of template agreements for adoption by business units
