Job Description

Purpose of the function: The Event & Casual Leasing function drives footfall, commercial vibrancy, and short‑term leasing revenue by optimising promotional spaces, event areas, and advertising panels within the mall. It supports overall business performance by enhancing customer experience, increasing tenant sales opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence in line with MyTOWN commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure short‑term tenants for promotional spaces, push carts, storage space and common areas.
• Attend to enquiries and manage bookings for advertising panels and promotional spaces.
• Prepare proposals, booking forms, and related leasing documentation in accordance with SOP.
• Coordinate event set‑up and dismantling in compliance with approved demarcation plans.
• Ensure event spaces are presentable, safe, and operationally ready.
