The Urban Affairs Coalition is seeking an Executive Director for Ready, Willing & Able Philadelphia, responsible for leading the organization’s mission to support individuals recovering from substance use disorder. The ED will manage operations, finance, and program performance, ensuring the organization’s sustainability.
