Role OverviewThe Executive (Development & Community Relations) supports Hope Initiative Alliance (HIA)’s sustainability, growth, and social impact by contributing to fundraising, partnership development, and community engagement efforts. The role plays a key part in nurturing relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders across the People, Public, and Private sectors.
Through effective coordination, research, and communication, the Executive helps strengthen HIA’s network of supporters and ensures that fundraising initiatives, partnerships, and engagement activities are well‑supported, well‑documented, and aligned with organisational priorities and values.
