Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure all business and internal activities comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
- Monitor and summarize regulations of the Bank of Thailand, AMLO and any relevant regulator.
- Coordinate and work closely with business units and relevant regulators to make sure that the company fully comply with relevant rules and regulations
- Draft, review, revise and implement company policies, guidelines and procedures
- Provide advice and coordinate with other department regarding compliance matters
- Any other assigned task.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher degree in laws/related field.
- Experience at least 1 - 3 years in compliance or legal field
- Good command of English
- Experience in Payment industry, E-commerce, Finance is a plus.
