Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the operation maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems assets and equipment This includes executing planned preventive maintenance diagnosing faults and performing repairs down to component level to ensure optimal system performance and reliability

Core Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems across the site in accordance with the asset register and management directives
• Conduct routine inspections and servicing to ensure proper functioning of equipment following daily and weekly maintenance plans
• Repair, refurbish and replace mechanical equipment as required including implementing system upgrades and modifications when necessary
• Verify the proper operation of systems including those integrated with the Building Management System (BMS)
