Responsibilities
What You'll Own: This is a full-scope culinary leadership role. You will direct all food production across multiple outlets and banquet operations, with the authority — and accountability — to shape every plate that leaves the kitchen. Your fingerprints will be on everything: the menus, the team, the standards, the costs, and ultimately, the guest experience that keeps people coming back year after year.
