Key Responsibilities :
Execute a diverse all-day menu spanning breakfast, brunch, mains, bakery items, and desserts with consistency and excellence.
Lead in-house bakery and pastry production, including breads, viennoiserie, cakes, and desserts prepared fresh daily.
Develop, introduce, and manage rotating seasonal specials across multiple menu categories.
Independently manage kitchen operations or build and lead a growing kitchen team as the café expands.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining quality and operational standards.
Oversee ingredient sourcing, inventory management, food costing, and supplier relationships.
Ensure full compliance with FSSAI food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Contribute to menu innovation and continuously enhance the overall guest dining experience.
