Executive Chef 2 - K-12 School/Child Nutrition

**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef 2** for a school district located in **St. Louis, Missouri.** The selected candidate will have a direct impact on culinary operations as he or she will be responsible for culinary training and food quality across the district.

**What You'll Do**

+ be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production
+ oversee the PrimeroEdge food management system for multiple units
+ menu development
+ ensure Sodexo and USDA Culinary standards including recipe compliance are food quality are implemented and maintained
+ oversee catering functions within Waco ISD and Sodexo’s neighboring K-12 accounts
+ have the ability and willingness to motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid staff)
+ provide stellar customer/client service
