Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate and prepare MIS reports, presentations, and business review documents.
Serve as the communication bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Track key projects, action items, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.
