Job Description
- Provide administrative, organisational and office support to senior management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and company events
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and business correspondence as required
- Support basic finance-related processes such as expense tracking, invoicing and payment coordination
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish
- Professional, discreet and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient with MS Office and related tools
- Flexible and able to travel when required
- University degree required
