The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Medellin. This position manages the CEO’s daily schedule, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-ups, ensuring the CEO’s time is used efficiently and priorities are met. The role includes organizing travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, managing expense reports, and handling confidential correspondence and documents.
