Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant -Male
Location: Cochin
Qualification:MBA
Experience: Minimum 3 year experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Salary : Upto 4.8 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
* Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes of meetings, and circulate them to relevant departments.
* Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
