Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to support the General Manager of Ichor Systems, US Machining. Based in Sauk Rapids , MN this role is central to enabling the Site leader’s effectiveness by ensuring strong coordination, communication, and execution rhythm across global teams, internal leadership, and key external stakeholders—including customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate is highly responsive, confident in managing complex logistics, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. This position requires someone who is not only organized and approachable but also trustworthy and capable of serving as a EA.
