Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

· Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar: scheduling internal / external meetings, avoiding conflicts and ensuring time prioritization.

· Organize and prepare materials for key meetings, reviews and business presentations.

· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing and expense management.

· Draft, review, and manage professional communication including emails, memos, and reports.

· Plan, book and manage detailed travel itineraries.

· Prepare travel briefs and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings, events, or visits.

· Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, including preparing reports, dashboards, and timelines.
