Job Description

Location: Cebu City (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Workdays: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and daily tasks.
  • Provide basic accounting support, including expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, email management, and office coordination.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Deliver general support while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant.
  • Background in administrative support and office tasks.
