Excavator operator

Overview

An experienced Excavator Operator is needed for a contract job in Svalbard.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator equipment to move materials, dig trenches, and perform other construction tasks.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Communicate with team members and supervisor to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities and material used.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an excavator operator.
• Valid biometric passport.
• Ability to work without accommodation.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
• Physically fit to handle demands of operating heavy machinery.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Salary

1600$ per month.
