Job Description

            Examination Operations Management  Manage confidential student and examination data in our student and learning management systems. 
Pre‑assessment (Quizzes, Class Tests and Exams) 
 Carry out administrative tasks to prepare for assessment  Liaise with Lecturers and Module Leaders for pre‑moderation of examination question papers. 
Resource planning including booking of exam venue and invigilator deployment. 
Updating examination schedule accurately. 
Preparing quizzes, class tests and exams materials for Assessment/ Examination Day held campus‑based or online. 
Briefing invigilators as needed to ensure smooth running of the assessment/ Examination. 
 Actual Day operations  Manage face‑to‑face/online examination and quizzes, / class test held on campus. 
Ensure the smooth running of the examinations.
