We are seeking an Exam Operations Coordinator to support MCC’s assessments from preparation to post‑exam activities. The role plays a critical part in ensuring exams are delivered consistently, securely, and efficiently.

• Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)

What you’ll do

• Coordinate activities before, during, and after exams to support smooth delivery across computer‑based, performance‑based, and preparatory programs.
• Help ensure systems and processes are fully set up, tested, and ready ahead of each exam or product launch.
• Support exam registration, scheduling, and capacity planning to help maximize access and efficiency.
