Job Description
Your Role
- Responsible for testing flow and yield of a family of devices
- Sustain and support daily manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, cost effectiveness by working with Maintenance Specialist and Product
- Cross functional; cross department; cross EWS support including global coverage based on prioritization
- Require performing yield and throughput improvement programs to achieve massive test cost efficiency
- Scope needs to undertake product transfer and modification of test programs to ensure high productivity and quality
- Effective teamwork and communication with support groups, such as Planning and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production and other work areas
