• Support in generating group ticket sales from various sales leads and conducting cold calls to engage communities, corporate, and government organisations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing phone and email inquiries.
• Follow up on after-sales service and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Aid in collaborating with third-party vendor(s) to reconcile accounts and sales.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for revenue tracking.
