Job Description

Commis Chefs (cooking staff/general positions) for our hotel's Event Kitchen (banquet cooking) department.

We are currently seeking a Commis Chef (Culinary Staff) to join our Event Kitchen team, responsible for creating exceptional cuisine for all hotel events—from large-scale banquets to elegant wedding receptions.

At our property, frequented by renowned global corporations and VIP guests from Japan and abroad, you will have the opportunity to craft memorable dishes with Andaz’s signature creative flair, captivating guests through both flavor and presentation.
