From pop-ups and mall activations to signage and spatial builds, we handle end-to-end execution with precision, taste, and zero fluff.
Events are not spreadsheets. They are plans that survive contact with reality.
We're looking for an
Event Executive
who can turn chaos into clean execution — someone who knows that 'smooth event' usually means someone out back is sweating quietly.
This is not a desk job. This is a get-your-hands-dirty, headset-on, clipboard-in-hand type of role.
The work (aka what you're really signing up for)
You'll be involved end-to-end, including but not limited to: • Planning real events, not just talking about them • Dealing with vendors, venues and clients (sometimes all at once) • Writing run sheets...
