Job Description

We're looking for a new team member who will visit clients in their own homes during the evenings and weekends. No two client visits are ever the same and each client has an individual care plan tailored to their needs and aims. Care plans may include:

• Personal care, helping your client to wash and dress, or help with self‑care. This may include supporting with their evening routine, changing into bedclothes and hair care, or helping them get ready for the day.
• Support with medications including offering reminders, administering medication and assisting with prescriptions.
