Job Description
Evnex is seeking a Support Engineer to own and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, firmware, connectivity, and energy-system domains. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, develop diagnostic tools (including AI aided solutions), and contribute to a known-good knowledge base while assisting frontline staff.
You will participate in after-hours rosters and help drive improvements that reduce ticket volume by addressing root causes.
