Overview
Do you enjoy the challenge of selling to business customers and want to try out a job in account management in a modern environment based in a brand‑new office in Barcelona city centre?
Responsibilities
- Call independent retail outlets (e.g. toy stores, hobby stores & book stores) every week to ensure they have the right range in stock.
- Advise them on what products they need to order to suit their business needs so they can maximize all sales opportunities.
- Develop a relationship of trust with your customers.
- Perform stock checks and ensure customers reorder stock that has been sold.
- Inform them of new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales.
- Seek ways to grow the number of customers committed to our stockist program and ensure a long‑term beneficial trading relationship.
- Manage your time effectively to make sure every customer is called on schedule.
