People Powered is seeking a Program Manager for Europe to contribute to Nets4Dem, a major EU-funded initiative. The role involves designing and managing impactful programs that facilitate participatory democracy across Europe. Responsibilities include overseeing collaborative projects with diverse stakeholders, managing grants, and monitoring program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community empowerment, at least three years of project management experience, and must be legally able to work in the EU. A competitive salary of €60,000 – €70,000 EUR is offered.
