Europe Finance Partner — Ops Controlling & Cost Optimization

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support Europe operations. The role focuses on operations controlling, cost discipline, KPI reporting and process improvements across supply chain, R&D and commercial teams.

You will conduct monthly performance and variance analysis, assess control frameworks, and drive action plans while traveling across Europe to work with stakeholders and ensure compliance with group policies.
